Paper Format
Submitted papers must be written in LaTeX according to IEEE style. You can download the style, together with a utilization example, here. The maximum length is 6 pages long, including bibliography and anexes.
To facilitate the proceedings compilation we appreciate that any reference or citation in the article (being to a figure, table, section, another article, etc.) start with your article's first author's initials. You can see this requirement better in the example.
Paper Submission
Papers must be submitted in PDF format using EasyChair. Accepted works will be distributed in a CD as e-Proceedings with ISBN.
Camera-Ready
Remember to send the final version before 8 of June. One unique file (ZIP/RAR/GZ) containing the PDF version and all the needed sources to compile in LaTeX must be uploaded using this form.
You also need to register in the conference, filling in the registration form.

Special journal numbers
The extended versions of some of the papers presented at the XII RECSI be published in the Journal of IEEE Latin America (http://www.ewh.ieee.org/reg/9/etrans/esp/). We are working towards including more Journals for extended papers.
