*Registrations will be managed by Mondragon University's administration staff until 15th of July. After that, Summer Courses Organization from the University of the Basque Country will manage them.
The conference registration fee includes:

- Visit the Bay of San Sebastian in a Catamaran

- Workshop of Txakoli (basque white wine) tasting at the Basque Culinary Center of Mondragon University (limited places)
- Surf course for beginners at the Zurriola beach (limited places)
Additional costs for accompanying persons:
- Same activity of the registered person and the two dinners: 150 €
Cancellation/refund policy:
- Before 1st of July 2012: 100% of reimbursement
- Before 15th of July 2012:: 50% of reimbursement
- After 31st of July 2010: 0% of reimbursement
